How we think about the team page

Trepic is a 2026-founded company in its founding cohort. The team page is intentionally short for now — one founder, listed below — and we would rather list real people doing real work than pad a roster. Cohort additions in editorial, partnerships, and engineering will appear here as they join. If you are reading this and considering a role, we are most interested in writers, partnership leads, and engineers who care about the editorial bar of the product.

Trepic's voice is set deliberately: long-form, quiet, accent-gold, no urgency. That voice is a product decision, not just a brand decision, and the team is sized to keep it that way. Three audiences — travelers, creators, and boutique hotels — are coordinated through one editorial product, and the team's job is to keep that coordination honest. More about the company premise.

Founder

Kimberli Cheung Wright — Founder & CEO. Kimberli leads Trepic's editorial direction, the founding cohort of creators and hotels, and the creator-economy thesis at the heart of the product. Founding cohort: contributors

Trepic's editorial publication is written by an expanding group of founding-cohort creators. Founding-cohort creators have their commission rate locked for life and are recognized permanently in the platform. Individual creator profiles live within their dispatches at trepicstories.com and on the product side at trepic.app. As the cohort matures, we will surface featured contributor profiles here.

Hiring

We are not running a public careers page during the founding cohort. The fastest way in, if Trepic resonates, is to apply as a founding creator or, if you operate a property, as a founding partner hotel. Engineering and partnership roles open from time to time and are filled mostly through the cohort itself.
